For additional transfers of personal data between Tablet Academy franchises outside the EEA and/or the UK we have implemented the European Commission???s Standard Contractual Clauses and their UK equivalents in addition to appropriate technical and organisational controls, which require us to protect personal data they process from the EEA or the UK in accordance with European Union and UK data protection law as applicable.
